Nate Smith

VP, Client Operations at Gradient AI

Nate joined Gradient AI's leadership team tasked with leading the Gradient Client Services Organization. In over 15 years of experience in the insurance market, he has held a variety of consulting and leadership roles.

Most recently, Nate served as a National Insurance Leader with Capgemini, working closely with some of the largest insurance carriers and brokers in the nation. Prior to Capgemini, he spent a decade with Nationwide Insurance in numerous roles including business leadership, change management, and operational management.

Nate has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University and Prosci Certification in Change Management.
