Ryan Braden has worked in the employee benefits industry since 2004. In 2021, they started as Sales Director and Sales Executive at Gradient AI, where they work on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) predictive analytics products for Underwriting and Claims. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Businessolver, leveraging their 15 years of experience to produce better outcomes for pooled groups and public sector organizations. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as Chief Risk Officer at Aliat, providing human resource services to small to midsized business owners throughout the United States. In 2017, they co-founded Bridges Professional Services Group. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as Business Development Manager at Milliman Omaha's Employee Benefits Health and Welfare practice. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Aetna in various roles, including Account Executive, Sales Consultant, Account Manager, and Sales Associate. In 2004, they also attended Aetna E.E. Cammack Group School as a Sales Associate.

Ryan Braden attended Westminster College (MO) from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications. Ryan is also a Licensed OK Health Producer.
