Steven Luu

Steven Luu has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Their most recent role was as a Senior Software Engineer at Gradient AI starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Capgemini as a Software Developer Lead from September 2021 to January 2023. In this role, they developed and maintained data pipelines, contributed to the development of models, and conducted proof of concept projects. Steven also worked on microservices development and conducted code reviews. Before Capgemini, they worked at The Common Application as a Software Developer from April 2018 to June 2019, where they worked with .NET Core, Angular, and various AWS services. Their work involved heavy involvement with AWS services and database technologies. Earlier in their career, Steven worked at EJF Capital LLC as a Junior Software Engineer from June 2017 to April 2018. In this role, they performed ETL duties, worked on new features, and automated financial filing processes.

Steven Luu completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Miami between 2013 and 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services in March 2019 and as a MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (Mule 4) from MuleSoft in September 2019.
