Bridgette Corridan

Bridgette Corridan is an experienced People, Talent, and Culture leader with over 25 years in talent strategy and management, currently offering fractional consultation services. Since 2011, Bridgette has worked independently as a Talent Strategy, Speaker, Vision Coach, and Sound Healer, focusing on creating inclusive talent systems. Bridgette is a member of Talent Collective, a non-profit that supports the advancement of women and non-binary professionals. Previous roles include Head of Global Talent at Turnitin, Talent Strategy Advisor at Heroes Jobs, and various leadership positions at notable organizations such as Athleta and Restoration Hardware. Bridgette Corridan graduated with a BA in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
