Dean Serrano is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and purchasing roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Generalist at Gradient, Dean contributes to the development of advanced Heat Pumps aimed at enhancing user experience and promoting equitable access to heating and cooling solutions.
