Mechanical Test Engineer at Gradient

Molly Dicke has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2015, they started as a Technical Intern at Vorpal and later became an Engineering Intern at IBEKA, where they developed and deployed a remote monitoring system for micro-hydro power plants. In 2016, they worked as a Design Intern at FlameStower, Inc. In 2017, they served as an Engineering Intern at Off.Grid:Electric, contributing to the development of solar solution systems. In 2019, Molly took on the role of a Mechanical Engineer Contractor at unspun inc., working on the mechanical design of a robot for automated apparel production. Molly also worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Petra until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of a Mechanical Test Engineer at Gradient, starting from April 2022.

Molly Dicke pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their attendance at Katherine Delmar Burke School from 2001 to 2010. Molly then went on to complete their high school education at Lick-Wilmerding High School, where they graduated in 2014 without obtaining a specific degree or focusing on any particular field of study. Following their high school graduation, Molly enrolled at Stanford University in 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Molly successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2018.
