Shail Shah

Shail Shah has a diverse work experience in mechanical design and engineering. Shail currently works at Gradient as a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer, a role they started in February 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Gradient from September 2020 to February 2022. Prior to joining Gradient, Shail worked at Ronin Product Development Labs as a Contract Senior Mechanical Engineer from May 2020 to September 2020. Shail also gained valuable experience at Casper, where they held positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer from March 2019 to April 2020 and as a Mechanical Engineer from June 2017 to February 2019. Shail Shah pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2009 to 2013. Later, Shail went on to earn a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Product Design from the same university, from 2016 to 2017.
