Urban Adolfsson

Urban Adolfsson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Urban currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Gradientech AB since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Encare - Enhancing ERAS® where they held the position of Interim CEO from May 2021 to April 2022, and Chief Financial Officer from March 2020 to April 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Urban worked at Envirotainer as the Head of Business Control. Envirotainer is a global market leader in secure cold chain solutions for the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Before that, they gained experience in the oil and gas industry at PA Resources, where they served as Acting CFO/Head of Group Control from September 2008 to March 2016. PA Resources was an independent exploration and production company that faced financial difficulties and had to wind down its operations.

Urban began their career as an Auditor at EY from August 2004 to September 2008, where they audited medium-sized and large listed companies, as well as counties and municipalities. Urban also had the responsibility of scheduling junior Auditors.

Prior to their professional career, Urban served as an Artillery officer and Captain at Bodens Artillery regiment, A8 from June 1994 to August 1999.

Urban Adolfsson completed their education from 1999 to 2004 at Uppsala University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
