David Staufer

David Staufer is an experienced project manager and director with a demonstrated history in managing complex projects and operations in the telecommunications and financial sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager and Scrum Master at Gradkell Systems Inc, David oversees long-term projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers' Oracle-based Financial Management System. Prior experience includes leading teams at Ritter Communications as Director of Sales Engineering and Service Delivery, overseeing the design and deployment of business solutions in Arkansas and Tennessee. At Windstream Communications, David managed a multi-site Network Operations Center, guiding a team of 130 employees. David began a career in telecommunications at Alltel Wireless, managing Data Network Operations. David holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky and a Master's Degree in Christian Studies from Trinity International University.
