Michael Ma has extensive experience in sales and management roles across various companies in the technology and solutions sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing for Gradle Inc. in Great China since March 2022, Michael previously held the position of Sales Director at Stibo Systems, where responsibilities included sales strategy and client development in the master data management software domain. Prior to that, as Sales Team Manager for North China at Iron Mountain, Michael managed a sales team and client relationships while implementing strategic sales plans. Michael's career also includes significant roles at Ricoh Business Solutions, where management of key accounts and successful client relations were highlighted, as well as at Xerox, where document management solutions were provided. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science from Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication.
