GradMissions turns aspiring law and med school students into competitive applicants with a proven strategy, expert mentorship, and tailored support.

From the spark of a dream to decision day, we engineer applicants that law and med schools can’t ignore.

Founded by Autumn Lockett, a former dean of admissions who has reviewed over 25,000 applications and shaped countless incoming classes, GradMissions understands that acceptance requires more than excellent grades and high test scores.

We know from experience that most applicants miss out not because they lack qualifications, but because their applications aren’t strategic, cohesive, or compelling enough to set them apart from the competition.

This critical gap is why GradMissions was founded.

Our mission is to do more than help you apply; our mission is to engineer your entire admissions strategy to maximize your strengths and eliminate costly mistakes.

Our proprietary framework, GradMissions OS, equips you with insider knowledge, personalized guidance, expert mentorship, and a proven system.

The GradMissions OS approach is a four-tiered, customized strategy that supports you every step of the way—from early planning to application execution and residency placement.

Each tier is designed to meet every applicant exactly where they are in their unique journey toward acceptance.

The first step to turning guesswork into a customized action plan begins with a FREE 20-minute consultation loaded with long-term value.

During this in-depth consultation, you’ll get answers to your most pressing questions about timelines, essays, and strategy, receive a personalized assessment of your current application status, gain clear, actionable next steps tailored to your unique goals, and more.

Real conversation, real strategy, and real value with a former admissions gatekeeper.
