Allen Wei

Allen Wei is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder at Gradual since January 2020, Allen previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Groupon, where responsibilities included managing the Orders International team from October 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, Allen worked at Groupon as a Development Manager and Technical Lead, overseeing EMEA Payments and leading a remote team in Ruby and Rails development. Allen's earlier career includes roles as Chief Architect at Bindo and Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer at Seravia, as well as a position as Senior Java Engineer at finalist.
