Randy Strauss is currently the Regional Safety Manager at Grae-Con Construction, Inc., where they focus on maintaining safety regulations and conducting site safety inspections. With over 25 years of experience in construction, they began their career as a laborer and have progressively advanced to roles such as Safety Coordinator and Safety Director. Randy has worked on significant projects including the construction of a compressor station and various projects at Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station, all while fostering a strong safety culture. They are pursuing a degree in Construction Trades and Safety at Eastern Gateway.
