DeWayne Ray, PE, is currently working as a CEI Senior Project Engineer at GRAEF. DeWayne previously held positions such as VP and Vice President at various engineering firms managing CEI operations and construction projects in Florida. With a background in civil engineering, DeWayne has vast experience in managing construction staff, materials operations, and environmental projects. DeWayne is also an FDOT approved Asphalt Paving and Plant II Instructor, demonstrating their expertise in asphalt mix design methods.
