Fred has held key roles in companies like GRAEF-USA, Inc., Marshall Erdman and Associates, and FLAD ARCHITECTS. Fred obtained their BSCE, BSLS, & MSCE degrees in Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, and Soil Mechanics from Purdue University.
