Heather Stabo

Heather Stabo, P.E., is a Milwaukee-based Project Manager and Civil & Open Spaces Design Engineer with a strong focus on urban design and multi-modal transportation. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Heather has extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects that prioritize sustainability and community connectivity. Previously, they have contributed to significant infrastructure projects, including the Milwaukee Streetcar and the War Memorial, while also serving in various engineering roles at reputable firms such as SEH and DAAR Engineering. Currently, Heather is enhancing client services and project delivery at SEH, where they lead multidisciplinary teams in the implementation of innovative designs for Milwaukee County.
