John McCarthy

John McCarthy is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience at GRAEF, where employment began in March 1976. Key responsibilities have included the planning and design of sewer, water, and stormwater management facilities for diverse public and private clients. Notably, John led the Site Development Team as Principal in the Milwaukee office and managed numerous site development and stormwater management projects. Since August 2017, John has been providing on-call support as a Senior Civil Engineer after retirement. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, earned between 1970 and 1974.
