Rich Bub

Rich Bub has extensive experience in the consulting engineering field, having served as Chairman of GRAEF since January 1995, where responsibilities include overseeing merger and acquisition activities and coordinating staff training in project management. Prior to this, Rich Bub held the roles of President/CEO and Operations Director at GRAEF, contributing to the firm's overall success and project management operations since 1995 and from 1977 to 1994, respectively. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Design Engineer at Donahue & Associates, focusing on structural components for wastewater treatment facilities. Rich Bub holds an MBA in Management from Lubar College of Business and master's and bachelor's degrees in structural engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and University of Wisconsin-Madison, respectively.
