Donna W started their work experience in 2018 as a Co-founder at Malcolm Betts Limited, where they focused on spreading handcrafted jewelry design and opening branches. In 2019, they joined Graff as a Chief Knowledge Officer, providing support and resources for knowledge management projects and promoting collaboration and effective use of consulting sources.

Donna W attended the University of Birmingham from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their bachelor's degree in jewelry appraiser.
