Jesse Baerkahn

Jesse Baerkahn is a seasoned professional in retail real estate, currently serving as the President and Founder of Graffito SP, a Boston-based advisory and investment firm specializing in master planning, retail leasing, and branding since January 2012. With a strong background in legal practice as a solo attorney from September 2006 to May 2015, Jesse focused on contracts, leasing, and dispute resolution for small businesses and nonprofits in creative sectors. Previous leadership roles include founding CityRetail to enhance Kendall Square’s retail landscape and working as Vice President at Twining Properties. Jesse Baerkahn holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.
