Robert Oswald

Robert Oswald is an experienced professional with a robust background in information technology and administration. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Graham Windham since November 2009, Robert has also held roles such as Fiscal Projects Manager and Medicaid Compliance Officer. Prior to this, Robert was the Principal at Greater Good Consulting of NY from April 2005 to July 2010, and served as the Director of Health Administration at The Children's Aid Society from 2002 to 2005. Robert's early career includes a position as Director of International Government Affairs at American Express from 1993 to 2001. Robert holds a Master of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
