Matthew Malone

Matthew Malone is an experienced leader in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as President & COO at Graham Manufacturing since February 2025. Previously, Malone held the position of President & CEO at Barber-Nichols Inc., where responsibilities included accelerating innovative turbomachinery systems and overseeing various operational aspects. Malone's extensive background also features roles at GE, where achievements include leading the turbocharger design and development team for locomotive applications. Malone holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
