Mychal Saxton

Mychal Saxton is currently the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Graham Corporation, focusing on product integrity and process efficiency. With a strong background in military leadership from the United States Air Force, Saxton has honed skills in operations management and strategic planning. Prior to their current role, Saxton held various quality management positions at Alstom and worked as a Process Technician at Corning Incorporated. They earned an Associate of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the Community College of the Air Force and studied Architecture at Alfred State College.
