GrahamBell is a new blockchain × telecommunications architecture introducing an ASIC/GPU/CPU-proof solution for Proof-of-Work mining. The goal is to end centralisation in blockchain by promoting fair and mass participation in Proof-of-Work mining.

This infrastructure:

• Restricts PoW mining speeds to 1 hash per second per node (1H/s/node)
• Enables mining during audio/video calls (Proof of Call)
• Revives the original “1 CPU = 1 Vote” vision by ensuring PHONE = PC = ASIC
