Marko Martinovic

Martinovic is the Chief Executive Officer of Graia, a company focused on Agentic AI and CX that builds trust between humans and technology. From 2016 to 2020, Martinovic served as Chief Operating Officer at Trizma Smartsourcing, where they led transformative change and drove innovation across data, customer service, technology, and business operations. They held leadership roles including Director at AIK Bank & MK Group (2012–2016), Director of IT Division at Alpha Bank Serbia (2007–2012), and Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations Department at Eurobank EFG (2003–2007). From 2020 to 2024, Martinovic was Managing Director and VP for GCEE at Mplus Serbia (M+). They are pursuing Specialist Professional Engineer Industrial Engineering at the University of Professional Studies, a 2nd level of higher education.
