Kuo En Ning

Kuo En Ning has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and administration. They are currently working as a Human Resources Manager at GRAID Technology, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at 104 Corporation from June 2021 to July 2022. In their role as an Administration Supervisor at JollyBuy (Gamania Group) from July 2020 to June 2021, they focused on talent acquisition, HR strategies, and employee evaluation. From June 2016 to July 2020, Ning held the position of Human Resource Deputy Section Manager at YEN & Brothers Enterprise Co., Ltd, where they developed training programs and promoted staff relationships. Before that, they worked as a Training & Development Specialist at 台北市電脳商業同業公會 from June 2014 to June 2016, introducing a training system and improving its quality. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Assistant at Transcend Information, Inc. from July 2013 to June 2014, assisting in recruitment, interviews, and employee training. Lastly, they worked as a Sales Supervisor at ATC, Inc. from June 2009 to June 2010, where they focused on sales and marketing strategies and developed annual training programs.

Kuo En Ning pursued a Master's degree in Technology Application and Human Resource Development from 2017 to 2020 at National Taiwan Normal University. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Kuo En Ning earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work & Child Welfare from Providence University.
