Cong Luo

Cong Luo is an experienced professional in intellectual property, currently serving as Associate Director of Patents at GRAIL, Inc. since January 2019, following a progression from Senior Patent Agent II at Morrison & Foerster LLP and various roles as a Patent Agent at multiple firms including Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Quarles & Brady LLP. Early career experience includes positions at Swanson and Bratschun, LLC and American Patent Agency, in addition to advisory roles in tech start-up acceleration at American Pioneer Ventures. Prior to entering the patent field, Cong Luo worked as an Energy Resource Engineer at RES Americas, focusing on renewable energy project development. Educational credentials include an SB degree in Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in 2008.
