Haochen Li

Haochen Li has a diverse work experience in the field of bioinformatics and data science. Starting in 2009, Haochen worked as a Business Analyst at IMS Health before transitioning to the University of Southern California in 2010, where they pursued a PhD in a related field. After completing their PhD in 2017, Haochen joined Illumina as a Bioinformatics Engineer, later transitioning to the role of Bioinformatics Scientist. In 2021, Haochen joined GRAIL, Inc. as a Senior Bioinformatics Data Scientist.

Haochen Li has a strong educational background in the fields of Molecular and Computational Biology and Data Science. Haochen obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Molecular and Computational Biology from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2010 to 2017. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science (Data Science) from the same university from 2015 to 2016. Prior to their studies in the United States, Haochen Li completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Fudan University, graduating in 2009.

In terms of certifications, Haochen Li has obtained several additional qualifications to enhance their skill set. Haochen acquired certifications in "Applied Machine Learning: Algorithms" and "Python for Data Science Essential Training Part 2" from LinkedIn in March 2021. In February 2019, they obtained a certification in "Influencing Others," and in August 2018, they completed a certification in "Learning AWS CloudFormation," both also from LinkedIn.
