John Kim has held various research associate roles throughout their career. John started in 2017 at the University of California, Santa Cruz as a Graduate Student and eventually became an Assistant Specialist. In 2021, they joined Invitae as a Senior Research Associate, where they stayed until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Color in the same role. Currently, they are employed at GRAIL as a Senior Research Associate starting in 2023.
John Kim completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2012 to 2016. John then pursued a Master of Science degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology at the same university from 2017 to 2019, focusing their research in the Jurica Lab.
