Manasa Paranandi is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. With notable roles at GRAIL as Sr Director and Director of Software Engineering from December 2020 to May 2025, as well as at Illumina from November 2014 to December 2020 as Associate Director, Manasa has successfully led and contributed to various engineering initiatives aimed at enhancing developer and engineering productivity.
