Conor Curry

Conor Curry has held a variety of roles in the data engineering and software engineering fields since 2014. Conor began their career as a Data Acquisition Sourcing Assistant at Maponics LLC in 2014, where they were responsible for investigating and reverse engineering websites and developing manually classified data for use in machine learning algorithms. Conor then moved on to the University of Pittsburgh, where they served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, Peer Tutor, and Undergraduate Research Assistant. In 2017, they joined Cogo Labs as a Software Engineer and Quantitative Data Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for running the Internal Revenue Operations team and managing business research related to email marketing channels. In 2020, they began working at Encortex as a Senior Data Engineer, where they were responsible for the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of a production-scale data system with 300MM+ daily user events. Conor is currently employed as a Senior Data Engineer at Grailed, beginning in 2022.

Conor Curry attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science. From 2016 to 2017, they also studied abroad at Linnaeus University.
