Justin Poston has over seven years of experience in UX/UI design. Justin began their career in 2014 as a Junior UX Designer at Tigerspike, where they designed interactive and visual systems for web, iOS, Android, and T.V. spanning industries, including video entertainment, sports, healthcare, and finance. In 2014, they also began working as a freelance UX/UI Designer, where they helped bridge communication barriers between healthcare providers and non-english speaking patients by redesigning Canopy's customer facing website and providing recommendations for improvements to the iOS native app. In 2017, they became a Product Designer at Curalate. From 2018-2021, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at Compass, where they advanced to Senior Product Designer II. Currently, they are a Senior Product Designer at Grailed.
