Richard Hoffmann

Richard Hoffmann currently serves as Chief of Staff at GrailPay, starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Richard was Head of Marketing at Alto from July 2023 to September 2024, where Alto provides a self-directed IRA for investors in alternative assets. Richard also worked as Marketing Lead at coLab from March 2023 to July 2024, focusing on content and client-service GTM functions for early-stage deep tech founders. As Growth Operations Manager at Sylva from August 2022 to February 2023, Richard led cross-functional growth initiatives. Additionally, Richard held the position of Lead Campaign Manager at LaunchBoom from May 2019 to August 2022, overseeing a team responsible for crowdfunding campaigns, alongside experience as an English Second Language Instructor at The TEFL Org in 2019. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed a Marketing Leadership program at Reforge.
