Charles Lambert

Charles Lambert has extensive experience in the food science and technical sales sectors, currently serving as Technical Sales Manager at Grain Processing Corporation since March 1999. Prior to this role, Charles worked at Tate & Lyle as a Senior Food Scientist in the Food Technical Service Group from June 1985 to June 1997, and also gained experience in technical service at A.E. Staley Manufacturing Co. from 1985 to 1997. Charles holds a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1996 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tougaloo College, awarded in 1974.
