Alison Mathison

Alison Mathison has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at Grainger Canada since May 2010, after progressing through various roles including Senior National Account Manager and National Account Manager. Prior to this, Alison worked as a Sales Associate at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate from July 2007 to October 2013 and held the position of Executive Director at the Canadian Home Builders' Association National from September 2005 to September 2008. Alison is furthering professional education through an Executive MBA at Athabasca University, expected to be completed in December 2025, following a Graduate Diploma in Management earned from the same institution in January 2023. Alison also holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Saint Mary's University, completed in 2005.
