James B.

James B. has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, primarily with Grainger Canada since 2005, where roles have included Senior Director for Customer Service Centre and Order Enablement, as well as overseeing North America Technical Product Services. Previous positions at Grainger Canada encompass Director for Contact Centres and Senior District Manager for Central Canada.
