Lori McCarthy

Customer Enablement Manager

Lori McCarthy has been with Grainger Canada since August 2001, serving as Customer Enablement Manager and previously holding the role of Business Support Specialist for National Accounts in Government and Infrastructure. In these positions, Lori has acted as a strategic liaison, facilitating customer relationships and managing the setup and communication processes for National and Major Accounts. Responsibilities have included the accurate tracking of sales performance, preparing customer information, maintaining pricing integrity, and participating in customer strategy sessions. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Services Representative specializing in Credit and Administration/Collections, where Lori conducted credit analyses, managed complex billing setups, and resolved invoice issues. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Receptionist/Personal Lines Underwriter at Holman Insurance Brokers Ltd. Lori completed the first year of Law and Security Administration at Loyalist College and holds an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from R.H. King Academy.
