Ryan Davidson

Ryan Davidson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training and development, currently serving as a Senior Sales Learning and Development Consultant at Grainger Canada since July 2012. In this role, Ryan develops and facilitates comprehensive training programs and sales curricula, while managing project initiatives that support national and regional sales pipelines. Prior experience includes serving as a National Care Trainer at Rogers Communications, where Ryan led training for over 650 employees, and as a Sales Mentor, providing coaching to in-store consultants across Canada. Prior to that, Ryan held positions in training and management at Sobey's. Ryan holds a degree in Training and Development from Centennial College, completed between 2015 and 2017.
