Robert Plummer

Robert Plummer is an experienced leader in the fields of design technology and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Principal Consulting at GRAITEC GROUP since 2023, where responsibilities include expanding the business consulting practice and driving strategic direction for consulting services in North America. Prior to this role, Robert held several significant positions at Applied Software, GRAITEC Group, where strategic initiatives in Business Analytics and Innovation Framework Practice were implemented. With a solid foundation as the Director of Design Technology and Senior Associate at Gensler from 2004 to 2018, Robert managed global design technology portfolios and drove digital transformation. Earlier experience includes positions at Autodesk and Revit Technology Corporation, specializing in software integration and technical sales. Robert holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Art History from Rice University, supplemented by international study experiences.
