Lucy M.

Lucy M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and consultancy within various sectors. As the Director of Operations at Gramafilm since November 2021, Lucy leads operational strategies. Previously, Lucy founded and served as Head Chef at Cherry Garden, a restaurant in the Alps, and sold a 50% share in May 2018. Lucy also worked as a Freelance Operations Consultant at Corycia Consulting, offering business solutions in corporate strategy and operations. As a Co-Founder and Director of Operations at THE THAI TAPAS GROUP LTD, Lucy helped establish 13 restaurant sites over an eight-year period. Prior roles included senior consulting positions at Anderselite, Capita Resourcing, Hays Construction and Property, and Preferred-IT, along with freelance branding consultancy for notable sailing events. Lucy holds a Diploma in Surveying Practice from the University College of Estate Management.
