We're building the non-viral delivery platform to unlock durable, cell-type-specific DNA therapeutics that can be re-dosed. 

Our approach addresses a major limitation in current genetic medicine: the inability of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to deliver DNA to the nucleus, which is essential for effective and sustained gene expression without the use of viruses. 

Our platform integrates synthetic biology, AI/ML, and high-throughput screening to build effective DNA payloads. By enabling LNPs to deliver therapeutic genes with cell-type specificity and durable expression, we combine the safety and manufacturability of LNPs with the long-lasting treatment effects of viral gene therapy. 

We are starting with a gene therapy for cystic fibrosis but our platform has broad applicability for DNA-based therapeutics in tissues and organs beyond the lung.
