Callum Cobb, MBA, currently serves as the Machine Learning & Applied Research Recruitment Lead at Grammarly, where responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts for the Machine Learning and Applied Research teams, engineering leadership hiring, and enhancing recruitment processes. Callum has played a significant role in building teams from scratch at Grammarly and standardizing the interview process for Machine Learning positions globally. Prior experience includes working at Darwin Recruitment as a Senior AI Recruitment Specialist, focusing on Machine Learning, NLP, and Applied Research, as well as serving as Director of Recruitment at Soccer Chance Academy Limited, successfully placing over 110 student-athletes into various soccer programs. Callum's career also includes a tenure as Club Captain at the New Orleans Jesters, alongside a strong educational background, which includes an MBA from Delta State University and a Leadership Principles certification from Harvard Business School.
