Jeff Winter

Jeff Winter is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology and recruiting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Grammarly since February 2025, Jeff previously held the same title at Chime, where Jeff was instrumental in developing the company's recruiting and talent infrastructure as the first Talent leader. Jeff has also served as Director of Talent at Rigetti Computing and Director of Technical Recruiting at Thumbtack, where Jeff led significant organizational growth. As a co-founder of Gravity, Jeff contributed to building a leading professional recruiting agency in the Bay Area. Earlier in Jeff's career, experience as a Senior Account Manager at Aerotek and co-founder at KGB - Primestar rounded out a diverse background in recruiting and business operations. Jeff studied at the University of Utah and Utah State University.
