Jonathan Boyle

Jonathan Boyle is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and implementation management within the technology sector. As the Senior Implementation Team Manager for the Americas Region at Panopto since January 2016, Jonathan leads a team of Project Managers to enhance customer experiences during the implementation of video learning SaaS products, while collaborating cross-functionally to expand service offerings. Prior roles at Panopto include Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Advocate, where Jonathan excelled in upselling, retention, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Jonathan's earlier experience at Apple, Inc. and Verizon Wireless involved leading cross-functional relationships and providing tailored solutions for business clients. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Penn State University.
