Leah Springer

Leah Springer currently serves as the Director of Global Compensation in Talent Management at Grammarly, a position held since January 2024, focusing on compensation, equity program design, and performance management. Prior to Grammarly, Leah was employed at Google from 2019 to January 2024, where roles included Manager of Compensation Programs, overseeing program management, planning, execution, procedure development, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, as well as Principal Job Architect, concentrating on product strategy. Leah's earlier experience includes consultancy roles at Radford and Korn Ferry Hay Group, as well as a position as a Human Resources Project Consultant at WestEd. Leah holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Roger Williams University.
