Akshay Sood

Akshay Sood has recently started working as a Software Engineer at GrammaTech since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from February 2015 to December 2021. Before their time at the university, they were employed at NVIDIA as a Computer Aided Design Engineer from June 2012 to July 2014. Akshay also worked at Kiwi, Inc. as a Software Engineer from October 2011 to May 2012. Akshay began their career at NVIDIA as an ASIC Design Engineer from August 2010 to September 2011.

Akshay Sood has obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Afterwards, they pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science. Akshay continued their academic journey at the same institution and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science.
