Jesse Conn

Jesse Conn has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2004, they worked as a Project Lead/Software Engineer at GE Aviation. They then transitioned to L3Harris Technologies, where they held positions as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer at Nova Engineering from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Jesse worked as a Lead Control Systems Engineer at GE Aviation.

In 2013, they joined GIRD Systems as a Senior Member of Research and Development Staff. They also worked as a Consultant at L3Harris Cincinnati Electronics on behalf of GIRD Systems. During their time at GIRD Systems, they worked on various projects, including a successful Phase II SBIR.

From 2016 to 2018, Jesse worked at Nehemiah Security, where they held roles as a Software Developer III. They contributed to the development of Risk Quantifier and AtomicEye Attack Surface Manager/Continuous Protection.

In 2018, Jesse joined Radiance Technologies as a Division Manager in Cyber Research & Development. They also held roles as a Principal Investigator, Program Manager, and Technical Lead for DARPA projects, including the System of Systems Integration Technology and Experimentation (SoSITE) and Configuration Security (ConSec).

Currently, Jesse is working at GrammaTech as a Lead Software Engineer in the Research Division, starting from 2022.

Jesse Conn completed their education at the University of Cincinnati in 2006. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI).
