Johnathan Crutcher

Johnathan Crutcher is an experienced maintenance and facilities professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as Maintenance & Facilities Manager at Grammer AG since July 2022, Johnathan previously held the role of Blow Molding Manager at Warren Oil Company, LLC from March 2020 to February 2023. With earlier experience as Maintenance Technical Planner at Mann-Hummel and various positions at MANN+HUMMEL Group, including Production Supervisor and Processor roles, Johnathan has developed a comprehensive skill set in maintenance and production management. Additional experience includes working as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Thomas Brothers Construction Company, Inc. and as an Extrusion Operator at Propex Operating Company, LLC. Johnathan Crutcher graduated from Brainerd High School in 2001 with a High School Diploma in General Studies.
