Kai Chen

Kai Chen has an extensive background in the automotive industry, currently serving as GM of Grammer Automotive China and Head of Seat Component China at Grammer AG since June 2013. Prior experience includes a position as GM at ThyssenKrupp Presta from June 2011 to May 2013 and a decade-long role as GM at Lear Corporation Changchun until June 2011. Kai Chen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jilin University, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Electrical and Automation from Jilin Institute of Technology, completed from 1991 to 1995.
