Matt Grady

Matt Grady is the VP & Director of Development at Gramor Development. Matt has over 25 years of experience in the field of urban planning and land development. Prior to joining Gramor Development, they worked as an associate planner for the City of Beaverton and as a senior planner for Chalon International of Hawaii, Inc.

Matt Grady has a MURP from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Geography degree from the University of Vermont.

They work with Marc Strabic - Director of Leasing, Robin Berry - VP, Asset Management, and Ron Colarchik - Controller. Matt Grady reports to Barry Cain, President.
